#HealthyLivingTipOfTheWeek – 11/3/17

In the ‘Don’t Throw Anything Away’ portion of our Healthy Living Tips, I was doing some research on a different type of juice I’m planning to make this weekend, and I ran across an interesting fact: you can use the actual vegetable of a beet to juice or make smoothies, but in throwing away the root and the beet leaves (which most people do), you’re actually tossing out a healthy assortment of vitamins and minerals as well! Well, I say ‘waste not, want not’! Every little bit helps!
