High cholesterol (or even cholesterol of a moderately high level) over a length of time is responsible for plaque being added to the walls of your arteries around your heart, ultimately causing circulatory-/respiratory problems and too much buildup can cause less blood to flow to and from the heart, in some cases causing heart attacks, strokes, and even death. By changing what we eat, we can change the possibilities of that happening, AND best of all, eating healthier can be fun anyway!!
