See? Not every Healthy Living Tip has to be about herbs, smoothies and organic powders! We can venture off and look up various ways to maintain health; this week, from a physical well-being standpoint.

As you know, in addition to this being the Cold/Flu season, this is also Winter which means what? SNOW! And with snow, comes an inordinate amount of injuries as we attempt to meander our way through it, either from getting back and forth from the car to the house, or just driving in it. Any way you look at it, snow can be cute but can also, under the wrong circumstances, be somewhat dangerous, too. Slip and falls especially can really do some damage if one is not careful.
