#HealthyLivingTipOfTheWeek – 1/12/18

This week, I wanted to focus on one particular fat burner that is not only healthy, but natural as well. Again, am not plugging any particular product, but unless you’ve been totally not paying attention to health and fitness these last several years, you HAD to have heard of the Apple Cider Vinegar craze. Apple cider vinegar does work, and on a personal note, the best brand to get is Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar.

A couple of quick things I personally believe on the health side of the game: 1) anything that tastes nasty is probably the best thing for you; the worse it tastes, the better off you’ll end up, and 2) only use proven products/methods that work. That being said, this product does work; however, as you can imagine, the taste is bitter. Like, very bitter.

A better way to jump-start your metabolism even more is to combine this with cayenne pepper, lemon juice and honey. You can get the ingredients individually, which I did initially, until I found this product, which already has everything combined for you! And it tastes MUCH better, too!
