KETOGENIC DIETKETO, KETO, KETO!

Ok. This is the latest diet that people who work out religiously are flocking to, the whole mention of is regarding ketosis, which is defined as ‘a metabolic state characterized by raised levels of ketone bodies in the body tissues, which is typically pathological in conditions such as diabetes, or may be the consequence of a diet that is very low in carbohydrates‘.

I’m not on a ketogenic diet, nor have I tried to be intentionally, but I do eat a lot of the foods individually, and I must say, plenty of fruits, vegetables, fish, green smoothies and the like have helped me feel more energetic, and I hope this week’s Tip will help you feel the same!
