Another of the most important organs in the body is the pancreas. In conjunction with the liver, it is responsible for breaking down food and increasing energy, so the old adage about “you are what you eat” is absolutely true. The better you eat, the easier it is for the liver and pancreas to work together in a healthy mode; conversely, the worse you eat, the worse you feel, be it sluggish or just plain morose.
