This week is going to be a different kind of post. Before work, or during your lunch break, or after you get home from the office, take at least 10 minutes out of your life once, play the video below, and see if it helps to lower your stress level. With everything going on in our personal lives, be it work, BILL$, personal/work relationships,…………..and did I say BILL$, we all need an escape from the daily rigors of life and just dealing with stuff. Stress built over an extended period of time leads to worse things health-wise down the road.
Be proactive. I always say “you can’t be any good for anybody if you’re not ok yourself”. If you’re sick as 10 dogs, you can’t get up and do a tough 8 hours at work. You have to take care of YOU first. Let this post be one of those times. Take a minute. Breathe. Rejuvenate.
