Believe it or not, sleep is one of the most important events of the day in a person’s life. Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. In fact, the National Heart, Lung & Blood Institute says that sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

In Internet Explorer Choose “Save Target As…” and download the file to your desktop (in Firefox you choose “Save Link As…”).
Once you select the “save target as” or “save link as” entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

You should save the file to your “Desktop” or another folder you can easily find.
Once you have downloaded the files, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double-click the file name to open it.
