#HealthyLivingTipOfTheWeek – 7/27/18

Ok, so two weeks ago I didn’t get to post due to network failures, and last week’s post was VERY short, so this week I’m trying to make up for it by posting health tips that run the gamut! You can call this the Healthy Living Tips Blowout Week, especially since we’re in the last weekend of July, which means what? Another month or so it’ll be time to break out the turtlenecks and sweaters again, Fall is coming! Where does the time go?

This week’s Healthy Living Tips offer a plethora of various health tips, not the least of which is  foods/nutrients to help avoid vision loss, preventing causes of memory loss, and SuperFoods you should eat every day! Here’s to Good Eatin’! ENJOY!

In Internet Explorer, right-click the PDF link(s) above and choose “Save Target As…” and download the file to your desktop (in Firefox you choose “Save Link As…”).

Once you select the “save target as” or “save link as” entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

You should save the file to your “Desktop” or another folder you can easily find.

Once you have downloaded the files, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double-click the file name to open it.
