Keto. Paleo. Atkins. And a gazillion other diets you’ve probably heard of that offer mixed results. What gives? They all use the low-carb (carbohydrate) approach to weight loss and staying healthy. According to Healthline.com, a low-carb diet can help kill your appetite (in a good way), removes a lot of fat from the abdominal cavity, lowers triglycerides and increases HDL cholesterol levels (the ‘good’ cholesterol)! I gave it a shot and have been trying to stick to a diet that is low-carb; I think it would be beneficial to the health of many to just eat better, period, but what do I know? Ha ha!
