What is spirulina? It’s an algae-based powder that’s good for your health, for starters. Some of the health benefits are lowering cholesterol, high in several nutrients, reducing blood pressure and helping prevent cancer. You can use it in powder form or tablets. I personally mix it with my smoothies in the morning and I have a pretty decent day afterwards; I feel more energetic than I already am.
