#HealthyLivingTipOfTheWeek – 9/14/18

Everybody likes to say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and in some respects that’s true. Me being the rebel I am, I tend to skip it entirely. Well, ha ha, just kidding, I’m really such a workaholic that skipping breakfast has become commonplace for me, but for those who don’t, eating the right kinds of foods is just as important as eating breakfast at all. It’s been ingrained in us that the foods listed in this blog have always been the right kinds of foods to eat first thing in the morning. WRONG!

To be honest, I’m not sure what the hell to eat anymore, because every time one study comes out to proclaim this type of food/beverage is good for you, 100 other studies come out right behind it to say ‘oh wow, oh jeez, don’t do that, that’ll kill you’. What gives. At any rate, the short read PDF below should give you a barometer of sorts as to what NOT to start out with first thing in the morning.

This week’s Healthy Living Tip covers 14 Breakfast foods that you might think are good for you, but actually are bad, for a multitude of reasons, AND an EXTRA PDF that explains more about the Ketogenic diet, process, and foods to have you losing weight and gaining energy! Plus, there’s a BONUS VIDEO below.
