Sorry for the delay! Due to server/site hosting problems and the like, we’ve had to postpone BOTH of our #HealthyLivingTipsOfTheWeek AND our KNOWledgeIsPower – FREE Weekly Downloads, but as they say………..we’re BAAAAAAAAAAACK! AND with a new site look to boot! All technical issues have been resolved and we will be making even MORE posts such as these going forward, so it won’t be just 2 major posts on Friday; there will be posts all week long so STAY TUNED!

Because there is so much info I want to share, instead of giving a detailed soliloquy on a given topic, we’ll just make a MASS BLAST of FREE STUFF!

In Internet Explorer, right-click the Download buttons above and choose “Save Target As…” and download the file to your desktop (in Firefox you choose “Save Link As…”).

Once you select the “save target as” or “save link as” entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

The download screen will appear like this …

You should save the file to your “Desktop” or another folder you can easily find.

Once you have downloaded the files, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double-click the file name to open it.
