Cancer…………………….need I say more?

Most of us either have or know someone close who has been affected by it; truth be told from a personal standpoint, it was the loss of my grandmother in 2010 that made me make my very first “In The KNOW” episode about cancer – its causes, treatments and ways to prevent it.

One of the easiest forms of treatment revolves around something simple as a trip to the grocery store: the food we eat! Granted, food isn’t the only answer; medical treatment must also be included in your health regimen.
