#HealthyLivingTipOfTheWeek – 6/14/19

Many of the show’s supporters have asked me to post something about inner health/pathogens, and I’ve thought about it for the last several months. I’m gonna be blunt. For the first time since I’ve been blogging, I’ve found a subject that not only do I not know enough about to form a calculated opinion, but to be honest, it actually has me stumped. After all the reading I’ve done about retroviruses, viruses and how to combat them to boost your immunity, I can’t make heads or tails of this, which is why I flunked biology in junior high school. Oh well.

I’ll say this about viruses. They suck, plain and simple. Understanding molecular structure, causes and preventative measures to not get them, well, to quote P.M. Dawn, “I guess I’ll leave that question to the experts”.

I know I’m probably doing a disservice to the fans of the show who are really into a subject like retroviruses; however, this is just to mentally taxing for even me to try to tackle.

HOWEVER, fans, fear not. This week’s Healthy Living Tip talks about viruses, retroviruses and the best way to treat them! I’m including a BLOWOUT of PDFs (short reads) that talk about gluten sensitivity, the most potent vitamins that kill viruses, and supplements to use, as well as a detox plan to use to aid virus elimination in the body! Plus, there’s a BONUS VIDEO below!
