#HealthyLivingTipOfTheWeek – 9/13/19

Ok, ok, ok! I know, I know, long time no hear! Yes, it HAS been a minute or two since I had my weekly giveaways going, but things have been somewhat hectic on this end what with work and………….SURPRISE…………..planning NEW EPISODES of “In The KNOW” to film! So, between writing computer code and gearing up for new shows, it’s been rough, but I feel rejuvenated enough to give this another round of keeping you all “In The KNOW“!

So…….as usual, this time of year, I’m LOVING fall time, especially given all the 100+ degree days we had here in Maryland this past summer, so needless to say, I’m glad that the heat is just about done and it’s time for………..AUTUMN! Sweaters, turtlenecks, brisk walks on the docks, leaves falling, time to pull out the cold weather clothes and put away the hot weather stuff.

Now, I know it’s customary and pretty perfunctory that between Memorial Day and now, every year, a lot of folks eat and eat GOOD; cookouts and holidays will do that for ya. Trust me, it’s a lot easier to put the weight ON than to get the weight OFF. A lot of folks just don’t even try. I’m kinda in that mode now. You have to get motivated to get up and get moving otherwise, we’ll all find ourselves feeling that much more sluggish.

Worse off, between our thought process and confidence in weight loss (and the lack thereof), it’s easy to lose motivation and give up. Well, it’s time to learn something new.

This week’s Healthy Living Tip talks about getting past any limiting beliefs about losing weight as well as how to be confident in the skin you’re in!
