Ok, ok, ok! I know, I know, long time no hear! Yes, it HAS been a minute or two since I had my weekly giveaways going, but things have been somewhat hectic on this end what with work and………….SURPRISE…………..planning NEW EPISODES of “In The KNOW” to film! So, between writing computer code and gearing up for new shows, it’s been rough, but I feel rejuvenated enough to give this another round of keeping you all “In The KNOW“!


This time of year, it gets colder, people want to hole up in their homes or at bars hanging out, changes in the season are good. Changes in positive habits aren’t.

Let’s face it, it’s easy to get lethargic about getting up, doing the things that keep us moving forward and progressing the way we should. Worse, there’s much more inside of us all that never sees the light of day! Did you know that the human brain only uses 10 PERCENT of its full capacity? That leaves 90% untapped! Pretty sad.

You should save the file to your “Desktop” or another folder you can easily find.
Once you have downloaded the files, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double-click the file name to open it.
