Who would think that a mineral/vitamin we think very little of would actually be one of the most important?

Healthline.com says that magnesium is beneficial to fighting inflammation, depression, Type II diabetes, is good for exercise and recovery, as well as lowering blood pressure! Can’t get much better than that! AND, it helps regulate brain chemistry and functions to help manage stress!

This week’s Healthy Living Tip talks about understanding and keeping tabs on your magnesium levels to help keep your levels of stress, anxiety and worry low and manageable! Enjoy your Indigenous People’s Day Holiday Weekend!!
