#KNOWledgeIsPower – FREE Weekly Download – 10/11/19

Ok, I’m guilty of this more than anything. I worry. A LOT. Perhaps more than I should, and moreso about things I have no control over.

Ok, that’s my confession for the week. But seriously, how many of us get into ruts, whether consistently or not, where worry takes its toll on us physically, emotionally, physiologically, and then we either get too burdened by it or – once again – the big fix is a pill. After a while, you can either be proactive about the problem, or the problem will consume you.

I find it difficult to manage worry, frankly because as the guy who does all the work on “In The KNOW”, I’m doing the work of probably 10 people or more, just to put out the kind of content that is not only informative, but on par with television stations who can afford the people, the equipment, the studio space – the whole ball of wax.

At the end of the day, as hard as it is for me to accept sometimes, worry is just a useless emotion that accomplishes nothing but deleterious effects on all of our health, and for what? A problem that was only enhanced by what we thought of it, not how small it actually was.

This week’s FREE PDF is a VERY SHORT read that offers great suggestions and information on worry, what it stems from, how to manage it and even move past it to enjoy a much stress-free life! Enjoy your Indigenous People’s Day Holiday Weekend!!
