Ok, so who made it through Thanksgiving with their waist sizes intact? Ha ha, didn’t think too many would! Well, instead of offering a different type of diet or what-not, I’m going to offer a different type of lifestyle. This is for those of you who have sent in requests for me to talk about – the vegan lifestyle, eating vegetarian.
Some benefits include:
- A Vegan Diet Is Richer in Certain Nutrients. …
- It Can Help You Lose Excess Weight. …
- It Appears to Lower Blood Sugar Levels and Improve Kidney Function…
- A Vegan Diet May Protect Against Certain Cancers. …
- It’s Linked to a Lower Risk of Heart Disease. …
- A Vegan Diet Can Reduce Pain from Arthritis.
In keeping with more of a fruit/vegetable based diet, it can increase certain basic nutrients that may not be of the same level in a meat- and animal-based diet.
I know it may be difficult to switch cold turkey, but there are some benefits to eating vegan, as no better than Sir Paul McCartney can attest to. Not being a vegan myself, again I speak not from experience, but as someone who has friends who are. If you are on the edge about making a change, perhaps this post is for you.
This week’s FREE PDF shows more than 175 quick meals that are vegan and easy to make!
